Lets be real, it’s overwhelming to hire a photographer- or any vendor for that matter. Especially if you’ve never done it before! My first piece of advice is to just send me an email! It doesn’t mean that you’ve hired me, but at least you can pick up on vibes and we can start to chat! For most family portrait sessions, an email or zoom is all it may take for you to feel comfortable with me. But for my brides, it’s not always that simple. So I’ve outlined what my process looks like for you, so you can better expect how I operate.

Step one:
Let’s be friends
Finding the right photographer for your wedding day is a big decision! And I understand that it’s not a one size fits all situation. You deserve the best experience possible for your special day! The first step in my wedding experience is to see if I’m a good fit for you! I love working with couples that want authentic photos of themselves. I enjoy creating those romantical and ethereal moments that showcase the soft and intimate bonds between the two of you. If we end up vibin’ we can move on to step 2- booking!
Step two:
Save the date!
Yay! Now we’re totally on the same vibe and I’m super excited to be your photographer! I’ll send you a custom booking proposal and you can pay your deposit online. That will make everything officially official! This means that I will be available to you to help you thru your entire wedding planning process! Now the real fun begins!
Step three:
Engagement Session!
Let the real fun begin! After you book, we’ll schedule your engagement session. And don’t worry...I’ll teach you everything you need to know! No need to be nervous- you will be killing it after 20 minutes have gone by! That’s all the time we need to get rid of nerves and start capturing the joy of who you are together! After your engagement session I’ll send your online gallery of images to download and share however you wish.
Step four:
Timeline Chat
When we get closer to you wedding day….about 8 weeks, I’ll send out an outline for your day of timeline. We can send this back and forth as much as you need. But this is crucial information so that I’m prepared for all beautiful things you’ve planned for you big day!
Step five:
Wedding Day!!!
It’s finally here!!!! It’s time to celebrate, relax and let us get to work! This day is going to be a blur to you so we make it a priority to capture the traditional shots that every bride needs while also capturing the moments in between in a creative & unique way. My absolute favorite part of the wedding day is photographing you guys as NEWLYWEDS!!
Step six:
Gallery & album design
After your wedding day you’ll receive an online gallery filled with all the memories of your special day! I aim to have this done around 2 weeks for you, with sneak peaks only taking a day or 2 after your wedding.
If you’ve purchased an album, I’ll send you an album design and we can then start the customization process!
